*I received this manga from Netgalley for an honest review
I definitely love manga, especially ones with a unique story, so I couldn’t pass this up. Although I do read some romance manga, it usually isn’t of this variety, but I couldn’t put it down once I started. This was an interesting tale of the morality of love after death and dating your deceased sister’s fiancé. There is definitely a lot of arguments on this, and I’m not here to talk about that, but how this author wove in how the love blossomed, and why Natsumi feels so burdened by the love she feels was wonderfully written. There were twists and turns and a lot of things that were revealed that I didn’t see coming.
I really enjoyed all the characters in this story. It felt believable and I wanted to root for them, but I also felt bad for Haru, the deceased sister, once more was revealed. If you like complicated love stories that will pull at your heart strings, this is definitely for you. It felt like a modern day love story with a Victorian feel in how complicated everything was. I had to sit after for a while, trying to gather what my mind and heart were feeling. It definitely all felt complicated.
